Top Real Estate Developers Halve Debt by Q1 FY 2025 Amid Strong Property Sales

 According to an analysis by ANAROCK, the collective net debt of the top eight real estate developers in India was reduced by nearly 50%, dropping to ₹20,808 crore by Q1 FY 2025 from over ₹44,817 crore in Q4 FY 2019.
