Peek into Priyanka Chopra's Life: What Daughter Malti Marie Thinks Mom Does for a Living

Priyanka Chopra, the global icon, recently gave us a delightful insight into her life as a mother. In a heartwarming revelation, she shared what her adorable two-year-old daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, perceives her profession to be. It seems Priyanka's career might be a bit of a mystery to her little one!

During a conversation with Quint Neon, Priyanka chuckled as she disclosed, "My daughter thinks I do make-believe for a living. It's a little different." It's both endearing and amusing to think about what Malti Marie's imaginative interpretation might be of her mother's glamorous world.

However, alongside the charm of motherhood comes the inevitable tug of 'mom's guilt.' Priyanka candidly admitted to experiencing this every time she has to part from her daughter for work commitments. Despite the support system around her, the pangs of separation linger. To mitigate this, Priyanka often opts to have Malti Marie by her side, even on set, echoing her own childhood experiences of tagging along with her parents during their work endeavors.

Reflecting on her upbringing, Priyanka reminisced, "My mom used to take me to hospitals with her, and I used to be in the nurses' station playing with them... I would visit my dad's office too." These early exposures instilled in her a deep understanding of her parents' professional lives and the sacrifices they made while juggling parenthood and careers.

Priyanka doesn't shy away from sharing glimpses of her family life with husband Nick Jonas and their precious daughter. She recently took to Instagram to express gratitude for her mother's unwavering support, especially in caring for Malti Marie when duty calls. Priyanka's mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, embraces the role of a hands-on grandmother with grace and dedication, mirroring the nurturing care Priyanka received from her own grandmother.

As Priyanka jets off to different corners of the globe for her projects, she carries with her the assurance that Malti Marie is in capable and loving hands. Recalling her mother's reassurance during her own childhood, Priyanka finds solace in the cyclical nature of caregiving, as her mother now extends the same support to her.

In December 2018, Priyanka and Nick embarked on their journey of marital bliss, and in January 2022, they welcomed the newest member, Malti Marie, into their lives. Despite her bustling personal life, Priyanka continues to shine on the professional front. With exciting projects like "Heads of State" alongside talents like Idris Elba and John Cena, and "The Bluff," directed by Frank E Flowers and featuring Karl Urban, Priyanka's star continues to ascend.

In a world where celebrity often feels distant, Priyanka Chopra's candid revelations about motherhood offer a refreshing glimpse into the joys and challenges of balancing career and family. Her story resonates with many, reminding us that even the most glamorous lives are grounded in the universal experiences of love, sacrifice, and growth.
